2. Data we collect

Customer & order data: name, address, email, phone, payment status, orders.
Account data (optional): login/profile details.
Communication: messages to customer support.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, logs.
Cookies: necessary cookies for checkout and security; non-essential (analytics/marketing) only with consent.

3. Purposes & legal bases

Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): process and deliver orders, handle payments, manage your account.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): bookkeeping, consumer law, warranties/returns.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): security, fraud prevention, service improvement, essential service communications.

Customer accounts: until you delete the account or 24 months of inactivity.
Support tickets: up to 24 months after closure.
