2. Scope
These terms apply when you purchase as a consumer on anledning.se. If you buy as a business, Swedish Sale of Goods Act applies and the right of withdrawal does not.
3. Orders and contract
A contract is formed when you complete checkout and we confirm the order by email. We may decline orders in case of obvious errors (e.g., manifest pricing errors), suspected fraud or out-of-stock.
4. Prices, fees and errors
Prices are in SEK including VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We reserve against typographical errors, color differences in images and sell-outs.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout (e.g., cards, invoice, direct bank via our payment providers). For invoice purchases, a customary credit check may be performed.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within Sweden. Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you upon collection/delivery. Provide correct address and collect parcels on time.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU distance sales)
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw.
Notify withdrawal at info@anledning.se with your order number and the items you will return.
We refund the item price and the cost of standard delivery. Extra delivery options (e.g., express) are not refunded. You bear the return shipping cost. Send the item back within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold refund until the item is received or you provide proof of return. You may handle the item only to determine its nature and function; excessive use may lead to a deduction for diminished value. Legal exceptions apply (e.g., custom-made items, unsealed hygiene products, digital content started with your explicit consent).
8. Returns and refunds
Follow our return instructions. You are responsible for adequate packaging. Refunds are made via the original payment method once processed under section 7.
9. Defects and complaints
You may complain about defects within 3 years under Swedish consumer law. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect (at least 2 months is deemed reasonable). Contact info@anledning.se. Remedies follow the statutory order (repair, replacement, price reduction or rescission). We cover reasonable return costs for approved claims.
10. Liability
We are liable for direct loss as required by mandatory law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss unless caused by intent or gross negligence. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., regulatory action, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions).
12. Accounts and use
Keep your login safe. Unauthorized use, security bypass attempts or automated scraping may lead to suspension.
13. Gift cards and promotions
Gift cards and promo codes are subject to stated terms and validity, are not redeemable for cash and are not replaced if lost unless required by law.
14. Intellectual property
All site content is owned by PSE AB or licensors and may not be used without permission.
15. Privacy
We process personal data under our Privacy Policy. See the “Privacy” page for details.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of purchase applies to that order.
17. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. You may use the EU ODR platform for online dispute resolution. We participate in ADR via ARN. Disputes may also be brought before Swedish courts.
