Right of withdrawal (EU)

You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to withdraw from the purchase.

How to withdraw
Email info@anledning.se with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Refunds

• We refund the item price and the cost of standard delivery.

• Extra delivery options (e.g. express) are not refunded.

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us.

• We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until we receive the item or proof of return shipment.

Condition of returned items
You may handle the item only to determine its nature and function. If used more than necessary, a deduction for diminished value may apply.

Exceptions
No right of withdrawal for:

• custom-made items,

• sealed hygiene products once unsealed,

• digital content that has begun delivery with your explicit consent.
